  • School Council meet the Lord Mayor

    Tue 10 Nov 2015
On Thursday, as part of their induction, the school council were lucky enough to visit the Lord Mayor, Councillor Michael Hammon at the Council House in the City Centre. The children were very well prepared and asked him some fantastic questions whilst seated in the actual meeting chamber! During the visit the children were treated to some refreshments with the Lord Mayor in his parlour and then taken on a historic tour, where they learnt more interesting facts about the city we live in. The Lord Mayor was very keen to point out how well behaved our children were as they acted as perfect ambassadors for our school. Well done children!
