Mouthwatering Maths.
Children in Year 3 had such a fun time learning about scales and measures in Maths this morning. They made fruit kebabs, fruit cocktails and chocolate cakes taking care to measure carefully or scale up recipes and of course enjoy the fruits of their labour afterwards.

We have continued to celebrate Christmastide this week in school as it does not finish until this Sunday on the feast of the Baptism of our Lord. Thank you to Year 3 who led us beautifully in our special Epiphany Mass where we saw and heard about the visit of the three wise men to offer gifts to baby Jesus. Father Jimmy asked us all to think about what gifts we can offer to Jesus and each other in this new year.
