Brighten Up This Harvest
Thank you so much to everyone who supported our campaign to ‘Brighten Up this Harvest’ and came into school in bright clothes yesterday. We managed to raise £103 in addition to some donations for the Foodbank. This will make a real difference to communities around the world, helping them to feed their families and make a living. During this Year of Mercy, Pope Francis asked us to rediscover the corporal works of mercy, one of which is to feed the hungry. That is why as a school we really wanted to support the work of CAFOD and ‘Brighten Up this Harvest’ to help build a brighter world. Well done everyone!
